Abstract: This study was conducted to assess male midwives' performance in the different hospitals and clinics in Kalinga. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study because only male midwives, a graduate of a two-year diploma course of midwifery, registered and employed in the six health care facilities in Kalinga were the respondents. Predisposing factors such as demographic profiles, including the respondent's Age, Civil Status, Employment Status, Length of Service, Number of Training, Hospital or Clinic Affiliation, and Classification, were considered the use of a Close and Open-Ended Questionnaire. From the results gathered, the respondents show that their performances were excellently on the five categories, which include Ante-natal care, Intra-natal care, Post-natal care, Immunization, and Family planning. Likewise, the nine factors enumerated in the study could not affect delivering quality maternal and child care. Therefore, it is recommended that the government, the health administrators, should work jointly to create harmonious healthcare provider-patient relationship for better health and healthy babies.
